FitLine Optimal Set: your complete daily nutrition routine

Three products, 24 hours

The FitLine Optimal Set is designed as a complete daily nutrition system. Each of the three products covers a specific part of the day and specific nutrient needs.

FitLine Basics—the morning foundation

FitLine Basics is a food supplement in powder form. It contains:

  • Vitamin B1—contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Vitamin B12—supports normal red blood cell formation and nervous system function
  • Vitamin C—contributes to the normal function of the immune system
  • Vitamin E—contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress
  • Provitamin A (beta-carotene)—supports normal vision and immune defence
  • Selenium—contributes to normal thyroid function and protection from oxidative stress
  • Fibre—supports normal digestive function

Basics provides the micronutrient foundation your body needs every morning.

FitLine Activize—energy and metabolism

FitLine Activize is formulated with B vitamins and natural extracts to support energy levels and metabolism. It is intended for the morning or before physical activity.

B vitamins play a central role in normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Activize supports your body’s natural energy production throughout the day.

FitLine Restorate—evening recovery

FitLine Restorate is the evening component of the Optimal Set. It contains:

  • Calcium—contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones
  • Magnesium—contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness
  • Selenium—contributes to normal thyroid function
  • Copper—contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Manganese—contributes to the maintenance of normal bones

Restorate is taken in the evening to support the body’s natural recovery processes during sleep.

Quality and safety

All three products in the Optimal Set are:

  • Made in Germany—manufactured according to pharmaceutical GMP standards
  • Kölner Liste® certified—independently tested for doping safety
  • Free from artificial preservatives
  • Naturally flavoured and sweetened

The Optimal Set is used by professional athletes in more than 85 disciplines worldwide, including partners of the ATP Tour, the German Ice Hockey Federation and the German Cycling Federation.

A routine that works

The strength of the Optimal Set lies in its simplicity: one product in the morning, one before activity and one in the evening. This structured approach ensures a consistent supply of micronutrients throughout the day—the foundation for long-term health and performance.
